Remove P/S Cooler Loop
Bought the STM coolant reservoir that goes behind the intercooler. I knew I had to remove the cooler loop and I was going to ask the community if everything will be okay if I remove the loop but I forgot until now. Getting the reservoir in the mail reminded me to ask. Anyways what do you guys think about removing the p/s cooler loop?
I have been running for more than a year with out cooler loop. I have road raced the evo a few times, and did not have any issues. Now that is not to say it is not needed on a road racing car, but on a daily you should be 100% good.
Unless you're autocrossing, you wont be sawing at the wheel enough to notice. If you do autoX without it, youll find a mess of PS fluid under the resevoir after boiling it in hot weather.
