I have an 03 evo 8, only the red/yellow(gold?) wires in the middle of the iacv harness are getting power. Tested the blue/yellow (number 4 on the rre wiring diagraml wire close to the ecu and it's not getting power even when the engine is running. I haven't tested the other wires coming from pins 5, 17,or 18 close to the ecu yet, but they aren't getting power near the harness.

Is there a fuse dedicated to the iacv? Or is part of the ecu fried? Everything else works, car runs and drives. Has a high idle due to iacv not working.
