Evolution 7 Turbo swap to 8 Help

Evolution 7 Turbo swap to 8 Help
G'day Forum,
Was running my Evo 7 on the track and right at the end blew the turbo, No major damage or anything
My question is a guy at the track has an evo 8 done 33000km and just put in an FP Green turbo because he's making it a track car so he sold me his Evo 8 Turbo for $150 full kit of course
Just wondering if there is anything major i'd need to get done/checked before swapping to the evo 8 turbo it's just to more or less get me out of trouble until i can sort out something else
More or less is it a straight swap? I'm still learning everything
Mechanic is coming by just to give her a good once over to make sure nothing else went wrong
