You may want to consider fixing the old one. After taking the old one out, I got a better look at the hole and realized that it was really tiny (less than 1 mm). The leak looked really bad when it happened because the fan was spraying the collant all over teh place.

I'm sure a radiator shop could have easily fixed it. But I already had the new one when I realized this, so I just threw it in.

Hey! Why is the KOYO so much cheaper than the PWR?? They seem like they're about the same to me at first glance. Anyone know? (I know...off topic...but I don't want to start a whole new thread comparing the Koyo and PWR radiators...that seems like it would just clutter the boards)

I doubt the price quoted for the Koyo is the aluminum racing version.

This was how I removed my radiator:
1. Remove air intake
2. Remove battery and upper i/c pipe
3. Drain the radiator fluid
4. Remove the upper radiator hose completely
5. Remove the lines going to the fan. I kept the fan on when I removed the stock radiator
6. Disconnect the bottom radiator hose
7. Unbolt misc bolts on top of radiator/brackets and carefully lift up radiator. Be cautious of hitting the exhaust manifold heat shield.

Koyo has an OE replacement, and an "upgrade" unit... the latter being in the $400 range.
