Oil feed line from oil filter housing or head?

Ive been getting a few different answers from various local people. I just installed a ball bearing precision 6870 on my evo 8. I was told to run my feed line from the oil filter housing post filter rather than off the head? What are bigger turbo evos running there feed line from on a bb turbo?
Thanks

BB turbos are fine getting oil from the head.

I run mine from the filter housing, have read it's a slightly better way, and then I run a filter inline.

I've seen either way work though, so your call
