i have a evo 8 and the spark plug in cylinder no 2 is charred black, while others are fine. the car is also giving out little black smoke when i give it throttle on neutral.

why is this? my car has been just sitting for 3 months due to a valve seal failure and now its fixed but the cylinder no 2 spark plug is black.

i also have 3 CEL's P0141(oxygen heater sensor fault rear),P1400 ( manifold diffrential pressure circuit malfunction) P0107 (manifold absolute pressure circuit low voltage)

can you guys please help me with the issues, thanks.

 

Do you have a pic of the plug? Charred or more sooty?

Do you have a checklist of items you have already verified are in working order? New plugs/plug gap, compression check, injectors working properly/clean...

Maybe someone else can chime in on the codes and how those might be affecting your condition.

 

its like charred, it doesnt have any gummy or oily substance to it just char black...

I've never heard of these two CEL's but that's where I would start. Find out what they mean.
