cutting out during normal cruising

ok guys , hopefully I can get some help here. 2003 evo 8, here are the details
fully built 2.3, fic 1100cc injectors, perrin fuel rail, walboro 1100cc injectors, custom cop setup. rev2 intake manifold, ams 3.5 inch fmic, stock turbo, . car is on a tscomp tune, speed density. So im in the process of selling this thing, been running absolutely flawless. yesterday a guy comes to look at it, I get it started and warmed up. go for a test drive, after about 5 minutes of just normal cruising, the car loses all power, as if you were to let off the gas and press in the clutch. when I tried giving it gas it began to buck violently. than it would come out of it. it would repeat about 5-6 times as I drove it home. so we pop the hood, check everything over. search for vacuum leaks, lose injector clips, anything that could be the culprit. we came up empty handed, potential buyer leaves, and I decide to take it out, maybe an injector clip wasn't making full contact. drove 70 miles without a single issue, car ran as if it was brand new, even did a second gear pull, didn't skip a bet, no misfires. got home, got ready for work, drove it to work. drove it home from work. not a single issue. So I go to the gym today and take the car. Same exact issue. normal cruising at 30 mph after 5 minutes of driving. the car just loses all power. again repeats about 5 or 6 times. The problem eventually stopped before I got it home. when I am not experiencing the issue. If anybody has any input on this it would be greatly appreciated. there are no cels, the car goes lean when this problem happens. its not sputtering or anything. if im not experiencing this problem, the car drives like a dream. Thank you in advance

I know it's hard to diagnose something over the internet and I have done a good deal of searching. Maybe someone can help me rule some of these out. Here's what I have came up with. Cam sensor, iac, fuel pump, coil packs. The car has always been cold blooded on start up, but that seems consistent with a lot of built evos, so I'm not sure this problem is related

Reviving this from the dead. I am having a nearly identical issue, it just started out of the blue after not driving the car for a few months. Did you ever find the solution?
