Wait a minute, are you running very much boost on that Evo 9 turbo?
I don't think the evo IV internals can handle much over 20psi on the stock turbo (from what little I have read about the IV engine). That could be an issue in itself.

interials haved done by last owner. But i cant see in the engine and dont know what internals there is, what i see and know what is done - the straight large exhaust manifold, apexi airfilter and metal head gasket and ARP head bolts. EGR remove and KN map. peak is 1.4bar and dyno Run says 218kw.

i'd clean everything one more time. then check for leaks every time you park the car, as opposed to waiting 3k.
hopefully you can catch it as it's starting.

you might want to do a leak down test then and see how much blow by youre getting. If you're getting too much then replacing gaskets won't do you any good without a lot of crank case pressure relief.

Just sealed oil pan back and letting it dry and about a hour i try to torque it. Just get the oil sensor by mail and installing it too. If there is pressure in valve cover it means to have pressure in oil pan too ? it may have compresses the oil between the oil pan seal ? Cerevo, what you mean with leak test ? cylinders pressure ?

The crankcase and valve cover are the same cavity. Pressure in one is pressure in the other.

Blue smoke on lift after WOT could be valve seals, or pushing oil out of the turbo due to excessive crankcase pressure.

If valve seals you should see it most at cold start or at hot start after sitting for 20 minutes or so. Now, I heard of a valve spring rubbing and completely removing a valve seal. I've not experienced that.

no smoke after first start of day. Maked just a test run with new sealed oil pan and new oil pressure sensor, no results, still leaking badly. No power loss and engine working very very good, but leaks like hell.

ill pretty sure the reason is crankcase pressure . taking the oil cap off makes engine noise alot softer and blowing alot of air out there. But where to start to check the ventilation ?

cyl compression almost none, 1- 7bar 2-7bar 3- 9bar 4- 1bar. But car does not burning oil and does not smoke ???? Piston rings yes if it smoke, and valve seal if it smoke.. but it does not. Engine starts very well and runs good, power loss a bit but still boosts up to 1.4bar.

Yeah cyl 4 sounds like its toast. Drop some oil in that one and test it again. Just a cap full, no more. Test again.
If the pressure raises this time, then the rings are shot. If it doesn't rise then probably a valve or cracked piston.
