Just dropped the transmission to do a clutch job and found this flywheel I think is a fidanza but can't find one anywhere to get a new friction disc. What do you think?

could be a fidanza but also could be a helix...

measure the PCD of the friction plate bolt holes and the outside and inside friction plate diameters.. that will tell you if it is a fidanza or not..

I got the fidanza friction plate without problems.. (then I realised I have a helix flywheel.. )

I forgot to say it's 9.40 lbs and has 20 connecting bolts. Do you know what the measurements are for each?

It's fidanza FW. I bought friction plate from
http://thmotorsports.com It was like $65 shipped and it comes with new bolts and nuts and instructions.

fidanza friction plate is 10 inch OD and 6 inch ID, 10/10 bolt pattern

so, yeah, looks like fidanza... friction kit is part # 221001

Thanks guys! Car had a act pressure plate, exedy disc and this flywheel. Thing felt like driving a civic. Super easy. I was suprised at the combo when I got tranny out
