FIC 1650 Hi-Z's and a walbro 450 fuel pump. You also get away with a Red for that power.

I agree. If you're not planning to make more than 550whp all you need is an FP Red. At least you'll reduce full spool time.

Planning on dailying the car n keeping it reliable. Would a black on lower boost be better? How much psi you think I would run on a red to make that much? N forgot to mention its on a 2.4

You're on a 2.4 which requires less boost to make the same power as a 2 liter. to reword that, you will make both more torque AND power at the same boost level as a 2 liter. The extra 20% displacement moves ALOT of air. and I agree with the guys, a red would be a more streetable on your 2.4 and will make the power you want, FP is selling their MHI reds for $1599 as we speak. But then you will get the powerbug and want to make more power, atleast you have a 4g64, the cylinder walls wont split at higher power levels like the oem 4g63's are prone to, what internals are you using?

as far as fuel goes, you can go with big boy id2000's or fic 2150's and have headroom for a black or even a much bigger turbo, but like he said, the high z 1650's with a rewired wallbro 450 will do it, I like the dual pumper better personally.

A red will be plenty reliable. With a twinscroll hot side, it will probably feel like a stock turbo on a 2.4, full boost at around 3500, but it'll make 550whp lol

your actual fuel consumption will be aprox 980cc with an a/f at 11.6, then you have to add at least 20% for the injectors to run predictable and stable, youll also need grow room as well if you have an fp black. So go for 1400cc+, i would match the injectors after the turbo capacity, 1600cc-1700cc
