Erratic RPM problem, need help! with video!

I didnt have any luck in the general forum, hope this one will have some luck.

i have a erratic rpm problem, it is not stable at idle. It goes up and down between 2000-2500 rpm's.

it was fine before, but then due to some problem with the car, it was grounded for over 3 months, after that i took it out for tuning and when i went WOT, this started to happen, or it is because i took off my electronic boost controller off because of it not working and i deleted the vacume line which goes into the EBC.

now what can cause it to idle like this? i have a video too, please watch it.

Have you done a boost leak? Any My first thought would be High pressure at wot could have cause a coupler to come off/boost leak somewhere.

also try
Clean MAF
Clean IACV and check function.
Check TB for carbon buildup and function.
