Spark Plug Failure at 5000 miles

Here is a picture of the plugs I pulled out of my Evo with 5000 miles on them. I kept getting the CEL and took it into the dealer. The dealer wanted me to wait for the "flash" for the ecu. I got tired of waiting with the car missing badly. After trying Bosch plugs and getting slightly better results; I followed several peoples advise on posts to get new plugs and the new plugs fixed it right up.

This is mostly infomorational. Can anyone diagnose the plugs from the picture?

It seemed they had lots of carbon and the one on the right looked cooked.

you can't really tell if a plug is truly fouled by looking at it....but if i had to say...that thrid one looks fouled.....it is tarnished. The one on the right too...looks like it could be fouled also.

The rust on the bottom of #4 is suspicious.. was water/coolant getting down in their and cuasing a misfire or damage to that sparkplug.. especially for so few miles that is awfully strange.

Maybe it's the angle, but the gap looks big on all of them. What is the gap at on those?

ding ding ding

The electrodes and insulators look fine to me, but the fourth plug must have had coolant or moisture in the plug cap.
