Does it spike rich prior to going lean? If this is occurring, you could be flooding the cylinder which will sometimes show as a super rich spike followed by running lean. Pull the plugs and see if they soaked.

My injectors are seeing 10.5v with the car off, but the key on, when I ground the multimeter on the plug ground, but 12.5v when I use the battery ground. I can't figure out what's going on and it''s frustrating the **** out of me. Help, please?
And if you read the battery with key on / eng off, it says 12.5 V?

Yes, it does. No, it does not spike rich first.
