increasing fuel pressure (fpr) ??

I'm just curious by increasing fuel pressure base 43.5psi to 55psi on a fpr would it increase injectors flow ?

Increase injector flow, yes
Decrease fuel pump flow, yes

is that an bad thing for decreasing fuel pump flow ??

It depends if it will cause your fuel demand to exceed what the pump can flow.
