Evo 8 with 9 Engine
I am going to be doing a complete build with no cores in my Evo 8 so I have a question...
How difficult would it be to run an AEM Infinity ECU and Mivec on my Evo 8? I'm most likely going with a 4G64 block.
I understand the typical swap to Evo 9 ECU or some other controller to control MIVEC but I'm guessing the Infinity will make things easier? I've been thinking about running it anyways.

I know someone personally using a 4G64 block (2.2L) with a Mivec head running AEM Infiniti. Great setup. Like any setup just needs proper tuning, preferably by someone who is familiar with the Infiniti software.
