This wasn't a billet, but ER has used the Billet with similar results. I'm sure it's stronger, but don't know how much.

The Billet manleys are fine. It's the off the shelf forged 100mm cranks
That are garbage.
The factory 2.4 cranks are nice and stong. The issue back in the day and what gave them a
Bad name was people running the 2.4 cranks out of the Hyundai. Some of those cranks were cast
and not forged.
