I personally know that Tom (tscomp) made 750 wtq on a Manley billet crank in his own 2.4 without issues, not to mention has built over 50 engines to date with both forged and billet Manley cranks with no failures. I trust Tom and his choices on what to use as I have never heard of a bad response to his work or services.

This wasn't a billet, but ER has used the Billet with similar results. I'm sure it's stronger, but don't know how much.

The Billet manleys are fine. It's the off the shelf forged 100mm cranks
That are garbage.
The factory 2.4 cranks are nice and stong. The issue back in the day and what gave them a
Bad name was people running the 2.4 cranks out of the Hyundai. Some of those cranks were cast
and not forged.
