Sometimes hard to get out of Reverse

Sometimes when I go into reverse(like backing out of a driveway or something) and trying to take it out of reverse, it feels like it gets stuck and I have to push kinda hard to get out of reverse gear. What would normally cause this issue? This happens like once every 30 times I go into reverse. I know I have a couple worn synchro's like 2nd and 5th gear but the reverse started happening a good couple months ago.

Maybe. Maybe it is sticking even when you press the pedal.

I have had a similar problem with another car. I didn't want to force the shifter out of reverse so I had to pump the pedal while reverse engaged until I felt it was "free". I just put little effort on the lever and worked the pedal until it disengaged.

Turned out the clutch disc was bent and was always touching the flywheel.
