evo 9 acd transfer case bleeding question

evo 9 acd transfer case bleeding question

Uust did a rebuilt and i change all the oils diff oil anad ayc oil inchanged the transfer case oil as well. I see a bleeder on the trasnfer case does that need to bleed and where does the oil go to make it bleed on the bleeder. Thanks for your answers.

That's the bleeder for the ACD. Use a vacuum bleeder to pull fluid through the system. It come from the reservoir from the ACD pump, which is behind the driver headlight.

Hey bro thanks for your message. What oil do u use for the acd ? And do u have a pic of it for the driver side i have a jdm version evo 9.

Oooo, idk where it is on the JDM cars. It's here on the USDM (behind the left headlight), but JDM is prob different since you have AYC. It just take the Mitsububishi SPIII ATF. I think it might be in the trunk on the cars that have AYC, I'm not sure though.

The reason i asked is because when i am driving i press the gas and i back off and i hesr this humming noise which is kinda annoying and then i acceltrate and the noise goes away. Any idea whats happening.
