Its definitely probably reading a tad leaner than it is, but when going to take off from idling you can tell its not getting enough fuel i think. how do you read the narrowband

Resolve the first KNOWN issue by putting the O2 sensor in front of the cat, where it belongs. Then you can worry about other possible issues.

wait a minute, have you even got a base tune for it? you haven't mentioned anything about it since it is a fresh build. usually people get a break-in tune so you can drive it around safely. maybe you could start with having the shop do a tune for your break in period.

Ive got a major exhaust leak i have found, also i tried unplugging the MAF and it seemed to even out very quickly.

This is your issue then my friend. get a base tune so you can drive and break in your new set up properly.
