Ok, so there are two options to upgrade the oem 6 speed :
1) talk with "neat gearboxes" to register you to them wait list.
2) wait to jack transmission until they bring back the albins gearkit to them stock.

20% stronger than the stock 5 speed? Interesting... stock 5 speed designed for 360-390, so looking at 430+ on the low end.. not bad at all. may be the way to go if I ever get to that kind of power

4th gear is almost always the one that goes BOOM, but 3rd gear is narrower than the OEM 5 speed.

It will be interesting how much of an improvement the Albins new 3, 4 and 5 are...but I know the "old" Albins 3rd 4th and 5th are a huge improvement over OEM.

I haven't read anywhere (that I know of) where someone has grendaded an upgraded gear set.

For extra insurance, I had my whole 6 speed gearset REM Isofinished and WPC trated.

There should be someplace with REM Isofinishing. WPC is only available in USA and Japan (but you can ship parts no problem).

I know WPC ins California was a super-quick turnaround time.

How much power will it be making?

600whp-ish on a DynoJet.

2.3 on E85 with a Red. But the engine still needs to get assembled.

And a note to the uninitiated, you and I have both the same clutch and same 6 speed upgrade and (I will be) similar ballpark power-wise.

I will update my build thread in a bit, but there was a slight delay to my build because Aby was building himself a motor. Now, we're in the clear so I will go down there in the next few weeks to drop off all my stuff.
