est 100% bolt on turbo today for stock engine with e85?
I have a full bolt on 2005 evolution with FP red dbb turbo. It's the older style turbo that was still 100% bolt on but it's on its way out so I'm considering just switching to something different since FP switched their design and theres too much downtime to have it repaired since the car is a daily driver. What's available today that will be 100% bolt on and make around 500 whp on e85?
A blouch 2.0xtr would be a good switch. Sucks you can't have the car down for a turbo rebuild. You could have that old red updated to the latest specs and really have it rip.
Actually, do you know what size turbine your red uses? If it uses FP's 67mm turbine, you can call FP and see if you can order a new red or green with out a turbine housing, then just swap the CHRA. That's IF your current turbo uses the current turbine. If you give FP the serial number off of your turbo, they'll be able to tell you.

I wouldn't do a bolt on 35r. The only one is ATP and the turbine housing has a 90* turn in it.
Call FP, see if your turbo uses the same turbine as their current turbos. If it does, you be able to just swap CHRA's..

I kind of want to stay away from FP anyways due to oil leaking issues I've been having for a while so I want to try something different and gain more power also while I'm doing the swap. What other options are there that are proven nowadays?
