You just need the right size reducer coupler.

The idea is to perform a BLT prior to tuning But hey better late than never...

And geese that is friggin expensive. You can make one for like $10. all you need is a coupler PVC cap couple clamps and a valve stem. I dont have a gauge on mine but I use my tire filler so that has a gauge on it already so no need.

Currently doing injector tuning.
Fic 1450 cc blue max on e-85

I used applaud user latency settings and brought me to -3 short fuel trim and -8 mid long trim.

1329 scaling is what I left and applaud and other suggest 1008 for scaling.

Will every set up vary some in scaling?

Do I lean out globally to correct the trims or maf scaling?

Every setup is going to be slightly different. Your injectors probably came with a card to get you in the ballpark and I know there is some good threads on here as well which sounds like you found.

Ideally you want to see your fuel trims within 5% so thats your goal. Dont start leaning out the maps or playing with MAF scaling until you have the injectors scaled properly.

But as I mentioned before you start playing around with the tune you must make sure your car is mechanically sound. If you have a leak what good is dialing in the tune around that? The second you fix the leak the tune is going to get effed up again.

MAF scaling is part of getting the fuel trims dialed in, unless the MAF scaling was previously correct for whatever intake is being run.

The car was previously tuned.

maf scaling is stock I think. Compared to my buddys car with non fp red same scalings on maf.

So lets say my fuel trims don't get any better then -3 with injector scaling adjustments.

Move on to maf to bring them in closer?

Gotcha

I don't have the fic info card but the car was tuned before like I said.

It was tuned perfect but after walbro 450 install entire map is rich. So I checked fuel trims and were off so started messing with injector latencies. Car runs smooth with APPLAUD's Latencies. But my fuel trims are not having it.
