Hey guys, So my buddy is in the market for a evo 9, we found an evo 9 with 80k miles with basic bolt ons. We did a compression test and all cylinders came back 120psi except for one which was 60psi. We added oil and they all increased by 5 so we dont think its the rings.The Car pulls, does not smoke or has any CEL. No knocks or ticks.

Anyone have any suggestions? To me it sounds like valves stuck. Thanks in advance
