ACT ME2-HDSS - Broken Springs?

ACT ME2-HDSS - Broken Springs?
About to pull the trigger on another clutch soon.
Thinking about the ACT ME2-HDSS against my instincts due to past experience with their springs breaking or popping out of the hubs.
How many of you have had this problem with ACT sprung hubs?
For what it's worth I currently have the CC Stg2 and it's absolutely the weakest/worst transitioning clutch I have ever driven. Feels like 5 inches of marcel, the friction zone is so large. Don't tell me to bleed/adjust the pedal, or check for leaking hydralics, I am not a newb!

I am currently running the ACT HDSS on my evo and love it. Have had it in the car for ~10k miles at 500whp with no issues.
I also never had any issues with the ACT clutches on my dsms for what it is worth.
