'Bout time.

My stocker is still holding at 305 WHP. We'll see how it's doing after the cams go in.

Sorry about that. Wrong button. Trying to say, working good. Doesn't seem to have quite the precise engagement as stock. But, I'm getting used to it . Launches great, and feels like it'll hold more power. Autocrossed last weekend too.

I would rather put on an extra 400 or 500 and go for a twin exedy or cusco clutch. That extra among of money that you wont have to spend anymore. Not to mention that twin plates works better. Well, you dont know what youre getting until you get there.

Yeah, I ordered my new clutch yesterday. 6,000 miles and the clutch engages right at the top of the pedal travel and has been like this for about 1,000 miles after I took it into the dealership. Car has seemed slower ever since I got it back from the dealership too, but that might just be me. Clutch doesn't slip but it is awkward to drive smoothly. I've been driving sticks since I was 16 (passed my driving test in one) and I'm 33 now so, even though I'm not the best driver in the world, I'm pretty sure I know how to drive a stick shift. Hell, the clutch in my Mustang lasted longer than this with 380 WHP and many hard launches on DRs at the track. Eh, I'm rambling; just pissed that I have to replace the clutch at 6K.

funny how I don't hear anyone complaining that people don't know how to drive stick on this thread. When I posted about the premature wear and the poor build quality of the evo clutch, I got hell. I guess it's time to whip out the I TOLD YOU SO! Now just wait until your transfer cases start going bad.

You guys are scarring me . My clutch grabs at the top just few inches before I release it. Does that mean its going to die soon. It does not slip at all but the car need to get warmed up before I take off in the morning or it will shake like hell when the clutch engaged so???? dunno man but it rarely happens when my car is warmed up. However, it started to happened more frequently lately??? so I don’t know if it is a clutch problem. I have 12000 miles and I just want to know where the problem is because i just saved some money for my turbo kit and I don’t want it to go towards the clutch

That probably has to do with the whole "120 WHP over stock" issue he has.
