Need your help guys about exhaust manifold/turbo

Hi all, I have 1996 year evo 4 with some major modifications:

Engine:
Wiseco HD 1400 forged pistons(85.5 size with 9:1 compression), Manley H Beam Rods,
ACL race bearings, ARP bolts, Cometic head gasket, 4mm thick lifters, HKS 272/272 cams,
Tomei adjustable cam gears, everything else is stock;

Turbo:
I had borg warner SX200S068 twin scroll turbo(from John Deere tractor ) with custom
manifold, used 2 40mm turbosmart external wastegates, have full 3" exhaust(megan
racing downpipe + blitz nur spec R exhaust system), have big HKS intercooler, stock intake manifold with FIC 1150 low z injectors;

ECU/Boost controller:
I have apexi Power FC D-Jetro version(with MAF) and using blitz dual sbc boost controller;

So, I had 381 whp on it with 1.7 bar boost(spool started at ~3000rpm) but I exploded exhaust manifold twice Car is a track day, I'm using it for time attack/circuit racing
and decided to go with stock evo 8.5/9 turbo(bought turbo from 2005 8.5 mr) and now I need your advice, which exhaust manifold should i choose; I think on FP exhaust
manifold but does it have good results in performance and durability? Also, what is maximum allowable boost level for stock evo 8.5 turbo? can it handle 2.0 bar in competition
mode(high rpm-s mostly)? Thanks for your advices

The FP cast exhaust manifold is great. The stock turbo can make 30psi, just not sure it will last too long at that level for a track day. I would keep it at 25psi

competition use = do not use "kill mode". I agree 25psi is a nice, safe boost pressure for track use. That's exactly where mine is set. No problems, so far.

Thanks for your answers guys! Does it need to change wastegate with some aftermarket(like turbosmart)? Or do I need to change the spring? for handle 25 psi boost...

I'm not sure what the stock WGA is set at, but you will need to upgrade. General rule of thumb that is use is: WGA base x 2 = max pressure. I.E. I use an 18psi FP WGA to run 25-30psi.

Thank you kaj So, I'll buy FP exhaust manifold and 18psi actuator
One more question how much hp can handle evo 8.5 turbo on 25psi boost?

I'd search the site for that info. On CA pump gas, I was around 330whp. Not sure about 93 or e85.

330 whp is absolutely enough for me if car will be more stable...
Question again What do you think about MAF and MAP,
which one is better for track day car? I have some opportunity to
switch from D-Jetro ECU to L-Jetro...

I dunno what that stuff is LOL. But between MAP and MAF, everyone says drivability is better on speed density than MAF. I've always used MAF (CA has strict smog and inspection laws), so couldn't really comment on that, either. In general, I prefer the simplicity of SD, especially if you have ever been at the track and had an IC coupling pop off of a MAF car LOL

You don't need a WGA to run 25psi. You just need a boost controller.

I get the impression he's looking looking for something more responsive.
