Exedy Twin VS ACT
I am on my 30k miles on ACT HDSS too.
Question:
How do I know or symptoms of ACT about to go already?
I mean, still grabbing good now, no issues for the 30k miles already.
im asking coz im about to get a new tune for new turbo set up
(stock turbo to green), do I need to replace the clutch, eventhough still
grabbing good?

My first one that lasted 65k miles was a 6 puck. It was grabbing fine but would sometimes have some clutch chatter if I didn't take off correctly. But at that point the clutch wore down to the rivets and my TOB went bad before the clutch actually started to slip. So I def could've gotten more miles from it(not sure how bad it is to use a clutch when it's worn to the rivets) if my tob didn't fall apart.
Exedy twin flywheel is 11.8lbs. OEM is 13.9lbs.
After running an ACT and Exedy twin I would take the twin no question. The ACT did last forever but the high RPM lockout was insanely annoying. Never had any issues with the twin and I've had no issues now with my triple (I actually like the triple better than the twin).
