Looking for help identifying 6spd problem.

I will try to explain this as much as possible, as it is pretty hard to explain, and I have been unable to record/document it happening, but it has me very concerned.

About two weeks ago, while rolling in first gear, I felt this vibration...the only way to describe it was the transmission was having issues/bumping/ it almost felt like a suspension issue? It shifted into second fine, but it was having the issue there as well. At first I thought maybe I had hit something, but it has happened off/on for the past week or so now. Not often, but enough that I am concerned.

I replaced my tranny fluid yesterday and made sure it was filled with DiaQueen as usual. I took it out tonight and went from a red light to a hard acceleration, and I noticed it again. In gears 1-3. I pulled over and let it sit idling for a bit. I then hit the 2step, and could almost feel it when it was doing that as well.

But then I was able to drive home just fine. There is no real issue. The car sorta bogs down, but I can't tell if that is actually happening or if it feels that way because of the symptoms.
AFR, Boost, Oil pressure, voltage.....everything seems fine, though I have not looked at AFR each time, since it doesn't seem to happen for long.

Does this sound like anything anyone has heard of? Am in in store for a tranny rebuild soon?

Did any large chunks come out when you drained the oil? Or was there more than the normal amount of metal flakes in the oil or on the magnet?

No! It was surprisingly clean. I had thought I would find some. This car has been babied until I got it. So there wa nothing in there but nasty used fluid

check the clutch peep hole. Had a friend who had his release bearing fail on him. can't remember what he told me on what the symptoms he experienced but it is easy to take a peak there.

sounds like maybe the clutch isn't completely releasing causing the bump between gears (clutch drag) and also on the two step as the RPM comes up. move the pedal adjustment and see if it gets worse or better. generally its when the release point is too close to the floor as noted in the article below
