Head studs are not required. You will break a rod before the stock head studs let go. Don't change head studs unless the head is coming off.

This 30psi with 71hta and 0 issues. Stock feed line FTW!!!

No need, for the reasons mentioned above. I can also vouch for 28-30psi and no head lifting.
