Updating/Upgrading for DD Need Help

Recently purchased an EVO 8 with the mods below. I want to update/upgrade some of the parts with the goal of having a responsive reliable car I can drive around town.

Magnaflow Titanium Catback
DC Sports Downpipe w/ Cat Delete
Injen Upper Intercooler Piping
AMS copy Lower Intercooler Piping
Megan o2 housing
AEM Intake pipe
Blitz SUS filter

Helix 272 cams
Helix cam gears
Kevlar Timing Belt
ARP Headstuds
Walbro 255 High Flow Fuel Pump
Precision 1000cc Injectors
Evo 9 BOV

Turbo- I'm think FP 71HTA CHRA. Looks like I will need the install kit but should I buy the optional oil line as well?

Intake- Do I need to upgrade my AEM intake pipe to a 84MM to fit the FP cover? If so any suggestions?

Manifold- Not going tubular not even sure if it's worth upgrading to cast with my mods. If I would see decent gains would the FP manifold fit the bill?

3 Port- Currently it's tuned using a boost pill and I'm going to Grimspeed 3 port unless there is a better option.

O2 Dump- Would I see decent gains upgrading my current Megan O2 housing/DC Sports downpipe to Map SS O2 Eliminator Dump?

Wastegate- Do I need to purchase one and if so any suggestions?

BOV- Should I upgrade from the Evo 9 and if so any suggestions?

Am I missing anything to make everything I have listed above together?

looks like a decent performer already. i would leave it the way it is but replace:

-BOV to something that holds better (cobb, if SD then TIAL)
-pill to 3 port boost solenoid
-add at least 3.5" intercooler (keep those temps down)
-an awesome tune
-E85 if you really want more power
-and a tune for E85
-suspension

but at end of your day its your car. have fun!

Car runs good and is quick as it sits. Have no complaints there but it looks like I can keep the quick spool and gain a little more hp with that turbo. Doesn't really seem like I would sacrifice anything except money there.

E85 is over an hour away so sticking with 93. Forgot to include 3.5 ETS that will be purchased.

Car has springs but I already purchased coilovers and rpf1's. I was just posting the power mods here.

Yes to both if you have the FP 84 mm cover. the oil line from the head on the VIII needs blocking off at the head. I bought the inline oil filter from FP as well.

GM three port is cheaper and sl. better according to Mr Fred, the EvoM guru.

BOV- Should I upgrade from the Evo 9 and if so any suggestions? You should be fine with the 9 MR BOV.

WGA- upgrade to the Forge Motorsports 9 WGA. Get the spring pack ( $25 ) so you can pick and choose. I use the 18 psi spring. Zero driveability issues on my 71HTA

Get a good tune on 93 octane for the 71 HTA...

You will love the turbo, sounds like a jet taking off under part throttle

Great thanks for all the info. Did you happen to create a thread with your build? Just wanted to see if you had a dyno chart or anything. For the intake am I looking for a 4" or what? Think I will go with COP as well, just want to get it all knocked out at once.
