BTW The tune was spot on as you can see the car was left on the rich side... 11.4 and boost was 22psi tapering down to 18psi. We had some problems with my wastergate actuator and the car was on the dyno for 3 hours. The engine only had 400 miles on it I guess the 30+ pulls means the engine is working

That's pretty cool. We just about have identical numbers. I have a 2.3l and stock '03 turbo (hotside, o2) and made ~340hp ~340lb/ft. My mods are listed in my sig.

That's pretty cool. I am getting a 50 Trim setup from AMS in about a month so It should be a wicked daily.

What are you mods on the 2.4l?

mods are:

HKS 280 cams, 3" inch turbo back, MSD DIS-2, MAFTpro, Tilton Hybrid clutch, and that is pretty much it for engine mods.

I will be going with a bigger turbo soon.

Cool setup, but just wondering what made you tear the engine apart? Did it need a rebuild?

My orginal 4g63 was perfect. I wanted to build a engine so I would not run into problems in the future when I get a bigger turbo.

Something seems wrong about it. I thought all the evos came with the dohc 4g63. The 4g64 is a sohc 2.4 that was in the eclipse from 2000 to 2005. If you did mod the sohc i would be intreseted what you did to build the motor. I want to turbo my wife's eclipse.

But sweet numbers any way

7k for now but you can rev these engines pretty high. No reason to rev higher if your turbo can't make power.
