New 2.1L 4g63 build. Components?

New 2.1L 4g63 build. Components?
Guys! I'm planning building new 4g64 based 2.1L engine and have few questions. Start with a block. I can get **used** MD350944 for $200-300, and I can get new SMD350944 which is the same block from Mitsubishi but for different car under $150 **new**. Did anybody try these Taiwan (?) blocks for their Evo builds? Thanks! Anton

these are identical 100%
mitsu does engines for these cars
MD350944 is around 2 grands new
SMD350944 is 200
