Slider/synchros?

Slider/synchros?
Car started with a slight grind in 4th at high RPM.
I.go.to the track and it starts doing the same in 3rd. Then it starts doing it going from 4th to 3rd.
Now it's hard to slide between 3rd and 4th. <- it's done that before, but "fixed" itself.
I'm assuming synchros are finished. It used to work flawlessly until I put in the "correct" fluid.
I did bleed the line and it was pretty dirty. I adjusted the throw of the pedal.
any ideas to try?

If clutch is properly bled and adjusted, and it still has an issue shifting. Check for clutch drag (although that will cause lock out in all gears). If clutch isn't dragging. Time to tear down the trans.

the pedal is a little high, but I wanted to test to be sure. The fluid was pretty black. I honestly don't remember the last time I bled it. Possibly two years. LOL
I haven't driven it since the bleed.

It will shift into all gears except 4th. Expecting a synchro failure.
Synchros on Evo 5 and Evo 7 gear boxes are the same ?
