How's it going. So today I decided to install my catch can. Took the valve cover out, drilled the baffle out. And it appears that the fitting for the catch can will hit a little bit on the baffle. Is it okay to trim it a little bit?

 

im alittle confused.

if the baffle is out, why would it hit the baffle?

if you run the car with no baffles, it will pump a ton of oil

 

What do you need to trim? I have -10 fittings and didnt have to trim a thing.....

 

I am running a -14 fittings. And when I install the baffles in. They will hit a little bit on the fitting end

 

Good lord, why? Pretty pointless. Go -10, you'll be fine. If you NEED -14 to sleep at night, then ya modification will be required.

 

No need to run -14.

 

-14? Is it hooked up to the New York sewage system?
