Yes I know that a tune is required to make the power out of the mods and make the car safe. But if I were to put these mods on can I still daily it for a little while and drive to the tuner?

Turbo back exhaust
larger o2 housing
Plumb back BOV
Intercooler piping (hot + cold)
255lph fuel pump
Grimspeed 3 port boost solenoid

I of course have a wideband and boost gauage installed.

 

As long that you stay off boost, you'll be ok

 

hello those are simple bolt ons that wont put your engine at risk you are fine running your car as normal a tune will definetly unlock the power of those modifications but you shouldnt worry about driving it hard at all go have some fun

 

The 3 port requires a tune.

You can have it all installed and drive it but as stated above. You dont wana get into boost your afrs might change.

 

Assuming you're on standard boost now, not a 3port, that grimmspeed will make you overboost. Stay off boost and it should be fine
