H-beams will be fine at that power level, in running 850hp on H- beams. Turbo Tuffs are very heavy and not needed for under 800hp. A standard double pumper will get you more than enough fuel. You could probably get by with those injectors on straight gas but I would bump up your base fuel pressure to 48psi. You can get away with doing this as long as your max boost stays below 34 psi.

How about if I change the fuel pump I have to a walbro 450.? I could go over 34psi.?

He's not building a drag car so probably doesn't care about the weight of a beam. He's not revving to the moon. I'm talking about his turbo on those rods he wants 600 that turbo is just overkill. A 6062, 6262 or 6266 is more his area. And will still have a fun street car. That's where 95% of most people do pulls. Look up how to build a double pumper. Or even a single 450 will get you to 600.

I ran a single 450 on a 5858 and made 550 on a stock block. But I had 1200cc injectors and they were maxed out almost. That was also on e85. The fuel you use will be the big deciding factor here. If you use e85 you need more pump and more injector. It takes 30% more fuel then regular gas.

Well your setup is not for 650ish range, in fact you'd want to Keep stock mani and stock TB, unported head, 2.5 inch piping, dual 450 with 280 cams its good for 840ish wheel on a 6266 gen 2. that manifold and crazy TB it's for top end strip applications and won't spool as good as what I mentioned above.

I agree......sell that intake and TB, go buy a double pumper and injectors with that extra money. I ended up making over 800hp with the stock intake and TB.
