Bw 7670 retaining ac

Hi guys,
Does anyone know who can make manifolds to suit the t4 setup and retain the ac. Looking at a BW 7670 setup.

Cheers

It is a manifold I designed and built. It is a T4 TS manifold, for IWG turbos, clears the AC.
Uses 48.3x2.6 mm321 ss tubing, so has about 43mm ID which is larger than your usual small bore manifold. I chose the tubing to keep the same exhaust cross section between the head and T4 flange. Runners are of equal length and as you can see the collector is somewhat different to the norm.
It is compatible with E9 radiator (some manifolds need e6 type radiator ) and comes with a specific WG actuator mount (because I think the BW mount is not right) that provides more force on the actuator and positions the wg better with regards to the block.
Also, the front engine/gearbox mount is different for more clearence of the outlet pipe.
As you might see from the pic, the turbo is mounted quite far to the gearbox side to allow me to use a propper 3 inch exhaust elbow and not a cheater one. It will actually work with a stock gearbox mount but I like more clearence around silicone elbows, and this one sits right betweeen the radiator and front gearbox mount.

As with all kits does require a slim fan.

I have a kit on its way to the US and will see if I will make more or just a few for friends..

I like the Norris Designs manifold http://www.norrisdesigns.com/proddet...d=evo%2D030519

I am not sure it is ac compatible...

however, having a external WG makes it easier as those EFRs are shorter on the exhaust side.. Having said that, it takes a tight DP to clear the AC on the full race T4 manifold with an efr...

I 'think' fitting the EWG EFR's is MUCH easier, still best to verify fitment for your goals with whatever manufacturer you go with.
