Easy on the wallet SS 3" exhaust kit for evo IX?

I have an '06 SE that's starting to show it's age from spending it's life in Alaska. I broke a rear spring collar just casually driving home a while ago. I have several things that need replacing. I'm either going to pick up a set of blistiens with springs or some D2 coilovers from STM since my front passenger strut has issues when it gets cold. I may as well replace all 4. The car is 12 years old and running stock struts with swift sport springs.

That brings me to exhaust. Mine is a custom 3" that was welded together front to back downpipe and all with mild steel. It's rusted out. I need the downpipe and everything.

I'm probably going to be dropping $1,000 or so on a new suspension. I also need a new battery, new winter tires for next year. Because of all this cost I'd like to keep the exhaust as cheap as I can while still getting stainless steel. I also want to stick to 3". I don't have smog checks locally and would prefer no cat but it's not necessary.

I remember years ago there was several reasonable priced ebay SS kits people had verified good fitment with on here. Just looking around I'm having a hard time finding one I think looks good for the price. Does anyone have any help on the subject?

This is one that I'm looking at. I'm just wondering if it fits. I guess for that price I can make it fit?

I would 100% NOT spend $231 on an exhaust. They may say its stainless, but good bet it'll be rusted out in short order.
