Ok so today i peeked into my inspection hole in my EVO9 MR. On to the noob question is the TOB suppose to be like this or is it suppose to be pressed into the pressure plate? Who knows how long i been driving like this lol so whats the con of it? I read couple forums here and it says the bearing pops out i wouldnt be able to shift gears or get into gears... but i still can even at WOT. Thanks any info is appreciated.

Here are a few photos of my friend's clutch when it locked in gear. You can see the TOB part that is supposed to stay inside the wave loc clip. Yours is still inside.
