internals for evo8 stock turbo

Hi, newbie here
running evo 8 stock turbo on evo 6 engine (4G63) with wiseco pistons, hks CAMs, Manley rods, stock 8 intercooler, link ecu. I need to rebuild/ upgrade the internals of the stock turbo in order to run a official drag race. can someone recommend UPGRADES/ INTERNALS to get more horsepower?

Sounds like a larger turbo is badly needed. The 8 turbo is relatively small & with your built engine internals, turning up the boost on lager turbo would do wonders

(providing you have all the supporting components (fuel pump, injectors, boost solenoid etc, etc)

The official drag race rules are you cannot replace the existing stock turbo but you can rebuilt or upgrade. so maybe few upgraded internals might do the trick? any suggestions?

Did not know you were restricted by rules. Maybe increasing the rev range above 7500 rpm with a tune, providing your valve springs can handle the higher revs?

You are in a tough spot due to the restriction on turbo size
