Clutch fork postion...
I know this subject has been beat on and I’ve searched and read all my little brain can comprehend. I’m mating the motor and trans back together and I can get the fork to seat in the middle but it doesn’t take much pressure to push it back to the passenger side of the car. I can move it with my finger. If it’s seated in the middle, I can push to the pass side of the car and it clicks and moves toward the pass side.

I’ve done that and tapped it with a block of wood/hammer, it won’t go any further to the driver side then the 1st picture. It will hold in the middle but it doesn’t take much pressure to push it back the the pass side, 2nd picture...
The only trouble I ever had with a monoloc was getting it to release. I don't know what's different but there's a monoloc for the 8 & 9 and another for the 10. I've used a couple and the install was straight enough. They did take a little force, it sounds like you are using enough.
