Hey Everyone,

I am still rocking the stock charge air cooler, or intercooler as most call it. Being the original, it looks extremely beat up (especially after a recent incident with a bird..) I am looking to replace this with something that will make the car look a little better. I am not pushing any high horsepower, just an evo 9 turbo, turbo back exhaust and a tune. I searched on MAP and STM but I don't need anything fancy, would like something that can be easily swapped with the stock piping. Am I limited to just buying another stock cooler? Or are there reputable replacements out there?

really any intercooler will fit with some small modifications (piping couplers / clamps)

if you're not tracking the car and don't need anything special, just get something fairly cheap. unless you're tracking/racing/autocrossing or in a really hot environment, heat-soak is negligible

 

This is cheap, works, and clears oem crash bar.
