Question A question about meth

so I've been seeing a lot of meth injection issues causing piston damage on cylinder #1 and #2 cause apparently those 2 cylinders are at the far end and don't get enough flow.
how did this happen because ofcourse the car was tuned and they made sure there was no knock.

okay, assuming maybe the pump became weak or something failed somewhere.
wouldn't tephramods flash CEL on knock be a solution to this? atleast u will know something is wrong and address the issue before any damages occur?

You can do it right if its set up properly and tuned correctly. Personally if I was to do it again I would go direct port to ensure an even distribution (although with doing this you won't get the charge cooling effect). I have heard a duel nozzle set up also works quite well. At the end of the day you just have to ensure the meth atomizes in the intake tract properly, this will maximize its distribution to the cylinders.

This is a generalized statement.
It doesn't happen, unless you attempt to run meth on a 150K + km engine with out tuning and wrongly done setup.
