Do you have any dyno plots or virtual dyno plot for this turbo? It would be nice to compare this turbo against Fp red and Fp Black.

 

im heading to the dyno tomorrow or in the weekend so i will have some results in my hands that i can share with you

 

Im getting the TPC GTX3576r for $1399 only turbo, and the JB FP RED for $1499 shipped to Dubai.

I guess its quite clear which one i will opt for. But pls do share your dyno plots so that all of us here can compare the performance.

The red is an awesome turbo. I just posted my results in the dyno results section. 1499 shipped? Is that mhi or ss?

Keep your old Evo9 turbo. If you are not happy with ss spool, you can get the Evo9 mhi ts housing machined to your fp red.

 

In that case can i buy just the FP RED Compressor?? And machine the Stock housing to it? It that possible?

 

I would spend the extra couple hundred and get MHI.

Gonna lose a lot of spool with the SS, and for a street car, gotta ask yourself if you are ok with not hitting full boost until 4600 rpms.

If you have a MHI housing already, they can machine it, but only if it's not cracked. Which most of them are. But you might be lucky and it be in good shape!

 

Yep you're right. Might as well put in the extra couple hundred and get the MHI housing.

I think i have narrowed my choices down to the BPT Dominator 1.0XT or the HTA71. Just gonna be a street DD and maybe do S1 or S2 cams. I would rather keep spool over top end so might do the HTA71.

SS FP Red great turbo it does spool late in my case i did have minor boost leak but once it kick it on. The top end is amazing but you definitely can't go wrong with the mhi. Mhi will make the installation easier compare to SS where you have to make some modification.
