I got my car tuned. It ran out of fuel at 450hp 400tq. After Driving maybe 2 weeks, my butt dyno told me something was wrong, but I figured I was getting used to the power. I installed a new pump couple weeks later. Then went to get tuned and the car is acting like it has a big boost leak. At 100% wgdc the car is making 410hp with an fp black. The sensor says 30 lbs but no way is it truly and its hitting "full" boost 400 rpm later . I have boost leaked the car to 25 pounds. No leaks at all. Thought it was my 3 port, installed mbc and same scenario. Testing wastegate, it starts to open at 16 lbs and opens full at 20. Although something weird happend while testing my wastegate, the bov purged some air at 20 lbs. How is that possible? I pulled it off the car and pulled arm all the way out and put my thumb over the nipple, the spring went back down into place, although there was suction on my thumb when I took it off.

I have no idea really. I've been trying to use search button and reading countless amounts of threads but havent really find a definite answer or idea for my problem. Thank you for reading .

 

Where did the BOV leak air from?

 

It let a quick burst of air out of where it normally would discharge. I took Bov apart. It's a tial 50mm, diaphram looked great.
