EVO VIII won't boost

Hi.
Can anybody help me find out why my stock EVO VIII managed by Autronic SM4 ecu wont boost more as 1bar? after long trying to adjust boost by ecu i tryed disconnect WG hose and still 1b only. WG acctuator working...opening at 0.9-1b tested, air supply tested, only small leak on TB shaft, engine compression 14b, today i checked turbo, WG -OK, exhaust turbine without melting or damaging...no big play...all seems good, i cant imagine what can i try next.
(runnging slightly rich 11,7 AFR and ignition from 0° -2000rpm to 10° - 7000 at 1bar 95oct pump gas)

Thanks for suggestios.

Check if your catalytic converter is bad or exhaust pipe has a clog somewhere.

Since you have covered most of the basics, you might check to see if your boost gauge/sensor has gone bad. I've had a few gauges go bad on me in the past.

OK, founed the stupidest issue i ever had. There is 3 hoses on TB first closest to front of car is connected somwhere before TB uset for EGR if im right, second, middle there was vacuum so that was my choise for internal MAP and third was EVAP...so i dont know what is inside TB but middle hose output is never more like 1bar...maybe there is some valve or i realy dont know but this is the real reason why i cant see no more boost...yesterday i tryed first one and there was planty boost...im soooo lucky i dont bolw my engine.
So the question for tuners, witch output are usually used for gauge or map?
