Anybody know where the throttle body draws vacuum from? One of the ports on top for the EGR isn't getting vacuum. The port isn't blocked because air can pass through when forced through with compressed air. Any thoughts? Thanks

I'm pretty sure one is pre throttle pressure, and the other is manifold reference.
