Traction loss

Hi guys, i’m faced with some sort of problems here, and if any of you has ever come across and maybe have found what was the issue:
the car is a evo 6 rs, we have always notice that it wheel spins(rear tire) a lot compared to other evos that we fixed, parts that we have change is as follows: t-case twice, diff once, tires too many times, all shocks and springs, all wheels are properlly aligned, we also notice that although launching the car at very low rpm it will still spins the two rear tires compared if we were to launch a similar evo at the same rpm it will simply bog down... in short we don’t have rear wheel traction and this car behaves like a rear wheel drive

no, the rear breaks traction not the front, to give another explanation, if I'm turning the in gravel and the rear wheel spins, the car simply won’t move
