So I recently bought my first evo 8 with 121,xxx miles. Currently going to do a full on service of all fluids (Oil, Spark Plugs, Transfer Case, Differential, Transmission, Coolant, Brake/Clutch) and the 60k service that is recommended as well (Water pump, Balance Belt tensioner, Balance Belt, Timing Belt, Timing Belt Tensioner, Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley, & Timing Belt Idler Pulley). Would you recommend doing the seals as well? (The Front Main Crankshaft Seal, Rear Main Seal, Front Case Oil Pump Gasket, & Head Gasket).
I bought all my fluids from my local mitsubishi dealer, the timing belt kit from STM Tuned, and I was looking at the seals from MAPerformance. Here's a pic of the fluids at the moment, Currently waiting on the timing belt kit from STM.

Not unless you need to. If they aren't leaking I would leave them be. Those are some big jobs to bite off without actually needing to do them.
read up real good on the timing belt service. Its a little tricky.
Be sure you have the correct special tools and follow the manual.
be aware that its really hard to get fluid in the transfer case. so drain it.. and then keep track of how much goes back in it. lots of info on this forum about this issue.
