What lifters are in it? Does the ticking sound increase with RPM?

Cut the oil filter and check for bearing material.

Yeah sounds really bad especially if you can hear it over the side exit exhaust.

I'm unable to open the video on my phone. But try looking up videos of lifter tick and compare them to the noise you're hearing.

sounds very bad, I can say forsure it isn't a lifter tick. that sounds more like a rod knock. as mentioned check pan/filter for metal shards. Check main engine and rod bearing clearance.

sounds like you got a failed lifter.
i would pull cams, and pull out the lifters and check.
i wouldnt run it like that.

or at least pull off the valve cover and make sure everything looks ok

I could see that, a collapsed lifter would let the rocker arm flop around if it wasn't pumping up with oil. That would be a easy check pull valve cover and see if any of the lifters compress.

No damage inside the head from what i saw when i last checked. I bled the lifters And ticking went away slightly. Should of just changed them all when i was in there. Now at cold start there isnt any tick once it warms up it comes and goes then stays permanently. Now sounds like its not running on all 4

Take a long screwdriver to your ear and see if you can pinpoint the noise. Also heard injectors make that kind of ticking noise too.
